About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage end-to-end operations for performance marketing programs, including campaign launches, creative production, and analytics projects
  • Develop and maintain project roadmaps, timelines, and execution plans to support campaign objectives
  • Coordinate with channel owners, agencies, and internal partners to ensure campaigns launch on time and align with goals
  • Track cross-functional dependencies across Brand, Creative, Product, and Legal as needed
  • Build and maintain a creative briefing process
  • Partner with creative teams, campaign managers, agencies, and media vendors to plan and execute performance marketing projects

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience managing performance marketing or paid media programs in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with paid media platforms, including Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic tools
  • Excellent program management skills, including planning, prioritization, and clear stakeholder communication
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Availability to work 20–30 hours per week remotely during U.S. Eastern business hours
