About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist Sales and Account Management with product pitches, consultations, and trainings in person and remotely
  • Work closely with Product Management to drive new product development
  • Overcome common objections and communicate the product value proposition
  • Capture feedback to identify product opportunities
  • Relay product feedback across Account Management, Sales Executives, Product Management, and other stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Capital Markets experience in Structured Products, ideally ABS or RMBS
  • Knowledge of legacy ABS workflow solutions, such as Intex or Bloomberg
  • Experience with Financial Technology, ideally SaaS products, Excel, SQL, or another coding language
  • 5+ years post graduate work experience
  • At least 3 years working with customers in a pre- and post-sales support role
  • High aptitude and willingness to learn technical knowledge on the job
  • Ability to distill and explain complex issues in simple terms
  • Comfortable communicating at executive and analyst levels
  • Outstanding oral, written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Intelligent, articulate, consultative, and confident client-facing professional
  • Ability to contribute to a dynamic and entrepreneurial team culture
  • Effective time management and task prioritization under pressure
  • Ability to develop rapport with new people and maintain relationships
  • Highly motivated and proactive
  • Experience with Deal Studio
