About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage Road Traffic Accident and OIC Portal claims swiftly using Solcase and portal systems
- Ensure timely progress and prioritise claims appropriately
- Communicate with the Team Leader
- Achieve time recording and financial targets
- Understand client requirements and manage cases accordingly
- Maximise efficiency and develop technical knowledge
- Record disbursements and special damages
- Quantify claims and resolve them swiftly
- Raise issues early and move cases to an alternative team when needed
Requirements
What you’ll need- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Remarkable attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Desire to develop a career in a leading law firm
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Law degree or equivalent legal qualification (desirable)
- Previous legal work experience, including internships or placements (desirable)
