About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop concrete solutions that address customer needs and objectives
- Analyze business and technical requirements by specifying, modeling, and prioritizing requirements and identifying risks
- Support customers in implementing complex solution approaches
- Build and maintain customer relationships based on respect and trust
- Contribute to agile and traditional software development projects
- Conduct business process and requirements analyses, functional solution design, and test management
- Manage stakeholders, analyze risks, and develop business cases
- Work on multiple projects for one or more customers and/or across different industries
Requirements
What you’ll need- A completed degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, or a comparable qualification with a focus on computer science
- No more than 12 months of professional experience after graduation
- Knowledge of software development and/or Requirements Engineering is an advantage
- Curiosity about emerging technologies such as Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Intelligent Automation
- Interest in business models, processes, and challenges across different industries
- Willingness to quickly familiarize yourself with new business domains
- Enthusiasm for IT topics and a desire to continuously learn and take on responsibility
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel (approximately 25% within Germany)
- Fluency in German and English
- Regular attendance at the Erfurt office (at least once per week)
