About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with clients and Business Service Consultants to understand technical needs and business goals
Support Solumina implementations through configuration, extensions, and system integrations
Diagnose and resolve technical issues to maintain system stability and performance
Design and optimize technical solutions aligned with best practices
Build and configure integrations between Solumina and external systems
Serve as a trusted technical advisor on system usage, enhancements, and best practices
Deliver training and workshops to help client teams use and integrate Solumina
Maintain strong client relationships through ongoing support and proactive guidance
Coordinate with project teams to plan and execute assigned tasks on schedule
Create and maintain technical documentation supporting customer requirements
Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and best-practice development

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent experience
2–5 years in software development, technical consulting, system integration, or IT services
U.S. citizenship
Programming experience with Java, JavaScript, Spring, Hibernate, REST APIs, and microservices
Database experience with Oracle, SQL Server, and SQL
Experience with XML, XSLT, JSON, JEE, JMS, Tomcat, ActiveMQ, Kubernetes, and Git
Basic frontend experience with React.js, Redux, Node.js, and Web UI
Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, integration design, and database fundamentals
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to varied audiences
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment
Collaborative, relationship-oriented, and client-focused approach
Comfort working in a fast-changing technical landscape
Ability to travel as needed
Preferred: knowledge of manufacturing processes, aerospace and defense, or MES systems
Preferred: understanding of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and cloud technologies
Preferred: AWS or Azure experience/certifications
Experience with Solumina iSeries or G8
Familiarity with ERP integration such as SAP or Oracle
Knowledge of aerospace, defense, or regulated manufacturing environments
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language
