Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and mentor teams of SAP consultants across multiple project streams and client engagements
Coordinate project activities, manage priorities, and allocate work across functional teams
Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to understand operational challenges and objectives
Guide clients through complex warehousing, transportation, and logistics business processes
Design and deliver SAP solutions across Warehouse Management, Transportation Management, and associated supply chain processes
Build stakeholder relationships and act as a trusted point of contact throughout project delivery
Ensure high-quality solution delivery through planning, governance, communication, and team coordination
Support consultants in resolving complex business and system challenges
Collaborate with architects, project managers, and technical teams
Identify process improvement opportunities and help customers maximise SAP investment value
Coach and develop consultants while fostering a collaborative, high-performing team culture

Requirements

What you’ll need

Extensive SAP consulting experience delivering complex enterprise supply chain and logistics solutions
Deep expertise in SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), Warehouse Management (WM), and Transportation Management (TM)
Strong functional knowledge of SAP Materials Management (MM) and SAP Sales & Distribution (SD)
Understanding of procurement, inventory, warehousing, transportation, and customer fulfilment processes and their end-to-end integration
Ideally experienced in Manufacturing & MES (PP) and Quality Management (QM)
Proven experience leading SAP consultants across complex project deliveries
Experience coordinating priorities, managing workstreams, and ensuring successful outcomes
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to engage with operational users, business leaders, and project teams
Ability to understand customer business holistically and translate business requirements into practical SAP solutions
Experience across multiple industries
Willingness to undertake employment screening
