About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and mentor teams of SAP consultants across multiple project streams and client engagements
- Coordinate project activities, manage priorities, and allocate work across functional teams
- Facilitate workshops and discussions with business stakeholders
- Guide clients through complex order-to-cash and supply chain business processes
- Design and deliver SAP solutions across Sales & Distribution and associated supply chain processes
- Build stakeholder relationships and act as a trusted point of contact throughout project delivery
- Ensure high-quality solution delivery through planning, governance, communication, and team coordination
- Support consultants in resolving complex business and system challenges
- Collaborate with architects, project managers, and technical teams
- Identify process improvement opportunities and help customers maximise SAP investment value
- Coach and develop consultants while fostering a collaborative, high-performing team culture
Requirements
What you’ll need- Extensive SAP consulting experience delivering complex enterprise solutions
- Deep expertise in SAP SD, including Pricing, ATP, Rebates, Settlement Management, and end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes
- Proven integration experience with Salesforce, SAP CRM, SAP Commerce Cloud, and other customer engagement platforms
- Strong understanding of broader supply chain processes, including MM, TM, WM/EWM, manufacturing, logistics, inventory, and service management
- Experience designing and delivering complex order-to-cash and supply chain solutions across large enterprise environments
- Ability to lead and mentor SAP consultants across multiple project streams and client engagements
- Ability to facilitate workshops with business stakeholders
- Ability to collaborate with architects, project managers, and technical teams
- Successful completion of employment screening required
