About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Monitor inbound investor requests and coordinate timely responses with multiple internal teams
Facilitate completion of investor deliverables
Complete recurring investor reporting requests and investor questionnaires monthly, quarterly, and annually
Create investor statements and notices and post them to Dynamo’s secure proprietary investor portal
Organize and maintain investor-level data for investor relations and fund administration teams
Gather and review investor information from subscription documents and update the investor portal
Maintain accurate investor contact information in the investor portal
Work with investor relations and operations teams to enhance communications with existing and potential investors
Leverage AI tools to streamline investor deliverables and verify outputs for accuracy
Identify opportunities to automate recurring investor relations processes while adhering to data privacy and responsible AI policies

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree required
A minimum of 1-3 years of professional experience
Strong communication and organizational skills
Detail oriented with a strong commitment to customer service
Able to multitask and prioritize workloads while maintaining high-quality standards
Able to work independently with multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment across several teams
Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Adobe
Previous experience using an Investor portal or CRM system or knowledge of private equity industries is a plus
Hands-on experience using generative AI tools in a professional setting, or a strong interest in learning
Comfortable writing clear prompts and refining output
