Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong, hands-on experience developing complex AI agents using platforms such as ChatGPT or Claude
Experience with advanced AI agent development beyond basic prompting or prompt engineering
Experience developing or working with multi-agent AI systems would be valuable
Software engineering/development background preferred
Direct contribution to AI agent development projects, even without serving as lead developer
Commercial-sector experience strongly preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized, with ability to prioritize, balance, and advance multiple competing priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Professional and collaborative interaction with teammates, clients, and business partners
Ability and desire to challenge and educate yourself to support and advance IT services delivery in Federal agencies
Excellent judgment and creative problem-solving skills
Ability to respond to team member and client requests via email, MS Teams, or other communication means during core business hours
