About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Write and design PowerPoint-based proposals, pitch decks and client presentations
- Work with consultants and leadership to turn client needs and solution ideas into persuasive content
- Structure proposals around the client's challenge, approach, timelines, team and commercials
- Proofread proposals for accuracy, consistency and branding, and meet deadlines
- Build and maintain a library of reusable proposal content, case studies and templates
- Identify and research potential leads, target accounts and key decision-makers
- Maintain accurate lead lists and pipeline trackers
- Research clients, industries and competitors for proposals and outreach
- Draft outreach emails and business development materials
- Write LinkedIn posts for the company page and leadership team
- Support case studies and website content
- Track content performance and suggest engagement improvements
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, IT or a related field
- Early-career experience in business analysis, proposal writing, consulting, business development, marketing or a similar role
- Strong PowerPoint skills, with the ability to build clean, well-structured and visually polished slides
- Excellent written English and the ability to write clear, persuasive business content
- Strong research skills and the ability to turn information into useful insights
- Highly organised, with the ability to juggle multiple workstreams and deadlines
- Proactive and curious, with a genuine enjoyment of writing and problem-solving
- Comfortable working remotely during Australian business hours
- Junior to Mid-Level experience
