About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design, build and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, focusing on Customer Insights – Journeys
  • Gather requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into functional and technical specifications
  • Map business processes and prioritize out-of-the-box Dynamics 365 features before custom development
  • Prepare solution design documents, user stories and test cases
  • Support user acceptance testing and user training
  • Serve as the main CRM contact for marketing, sales and service teams
  • Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CE entities/tables, forms, views, business rules, security roles and model-driven apps
  • Develop C#/.NET plugins, custom workflow activities and JavaScript/TypeScript client-side scripts
  • Build Power Automate automations and extend solutions with Power Apps and Dataverse
  • Build and maintain integrations using the Dataverse Web API, Azure services and middleware
  • Manage solutions, environments and deployments through ALM and CI/CD practices
  • Design, build and optimize real-time customer journeys with triggers, branching, segments and personalization
  • Create and manage email, SMS and push templates, marketing forms, event management and consent/compliance settings
  • Configure segments and lead scoring and connect Journeys with Customer Insights – Data where applicable
  • Track journey performance and analytics and recommend campaign improvements
  • Support migration from outbound marketing to real-time journeys

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM in a techno-functional role
  • Practical, project-based experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys (real-time journeys)
  • Strong skills in C#/.NET plugin development, JavaScript and the Dataverse Web API
  • Solid knowledge of Power Platform: Power Automate, Power Apps and Dataverse
  • Experience with solution management, environment strategy and deployment practices
  • Proven ability to gather requirements, write clear documentation and present solutions to non-technical stakeholders
  • Good understanding of marketing processes such as lead management, segmentation, consent and email deliverability
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup
  • Available to join within 30 days
  • Notice period of up to 30 days only
  • Microsoft certifications such as PL-200, PL-400 or MB-220 (nice to have)
  • Experience with Customer Insights – Data and unified customer profiles (nice to have)
  • Exposure to Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus or Azure DevOps pipelines (nice to have)
  • Knowledge of PCF controls and Power Pages (nice to have)
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 Sales or Customer Service modules (nice to have)
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery and Azure DevOps or Jira (nice to have)
