Drive rapid development in an AI-assisted environment
Write, review, and refactor Java (Spring Boot) back-end code
Write, review, and refactor Angular 21 front-end code
Use AI tools such as Claude and Amazon Q Developer to generate boilerplate, write unit tests, and perform application modernization tasks
Ensure AI-generated outputs adhere to security, AWS cloud architecture, and PostgreSQL database standards
Manually review, debug, and optimize code to prevent integration issues and low-quality abstractions
Collaborate with the innovative and customer solutions focused team
Build modern and tailored solutions supporting customer missions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Active Top Secret clearance
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science
5+ years of software engineering experience
Strong expertise in Java/Spring Boot, Angular (version 17 or higher), PostgreSQL, and AWS environments
4+ years of experience in Java/Spring Boot
4+ years of experience in Angular
3+ years of experience in PostgreSQL
Demonstrated experience working in AI-assisted development workflows
Excellent debugging and architectural design skills to steer AI agents effectively
Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker (desirable but not mandatory)
Experience with CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment (desirable but not mandatory)
Experience working in Agile development environments (desirable but not mandatory)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (desirable but not mandatory)
Effective communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams (desirable but not mandatory)
