About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Help design the EDRI AI curriculum, from company-wide baseline content to department-specific deep dives
  • Build the first complete course for the EDRI learning platform, including outline, script, and published versioned module
  • Produce learning content such as worked examples, exercises, short videos, one-pagers, and scenario-based checks
  • Design and run live formats including prompting clinics, lunch-and-learns, and use-case labs
  • Help launch the AI champions network across departments
  • Interview colleagues across departments to identify gaps and create a prioritized content backlog
  • Maintain documentation for AI literacy measures under Article 4 of the EU AI Act
  • Track adoption and learning metrics and report to the Head of AI Strategy and HR
  • Work with the AI Unit and HR to integrate enablement into onboarding and everyday work
  • Optionally contribute technically to the in-house internal AI portal and learning platform

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Enrolled student (Bachelor's or Master's) in computer science, data science, game engineering, or another defensible field of study
  • Active, regular use of generative AI, including Claude Code and Codex, to build tools, dashboards, games, or similar
  • Strong writing and communication skills in English
  • German is a plus
  • Ability to explain technical topics to non-technical people without dumbing them down
  • Structured and self-directed working style
  • Comfortable taking a rough brief and producing a draft
  • Comfortable standing in front of a room, virtually or physically
  • Ability to translate business needs/blockers into AI-augmented workflows
  • Experience creating learning content, workshops, or teaching is nice-to-have
  • Experience with learning platforms, LMS tooling, or instructional design is nice-to-have
