Key responsibilities & impact
  • Define and communicate the Tribe vision, strategic direction, and priorities
  • Act as the primary senior stakeholder interface for the Tribe

  • Monitor engineering productivity, delivery health, and system stability
  • Coordinate technology dependencies across product teams, Tribes, and shared-service teams
  • Shape organizational design and team structures
  • Translate business strategy and product vision into scalable technology solutions
  • Develop people and capabilities and allocate engineering talent
  • Promote engineering culture, ownership, collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement
