About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Implement the quality policy and quality system in collaboration with the Quality Director / Responsible Pharmacist
  • Actively participate in the implementation of and compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in the production units of both pharmaceutical establishments
  • Participate in operational quality processes, including deviations, CAPAs, disputes, complaints, batch record reviews, and monitoring the release lead time
  • Promote and lead the continuous improvement of quality processes
  • Contribute to the development and promotion of a quality culture throughout the plant
  • Ensure that the methods and organizational structures in place are robust and continuously meet quality and pharmaceutical requirements, in collaboration with the Quality Director
  • Subject to the signing of a delegation of authority, release batches

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Pharmacist qualified for Sector B practice
  • Proficient in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
  • Sociable and comfortable approaching people to obtain information
  • Autonomous, organized, and rigorous
  • Positive-minded, with the ability to find a solution to every problem
  • Proactive and able to make recommendations in response to different situations
  • Enjoys teamwork and challenges
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills
  • Proficient in AI tools and Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of quality tools used to develop or revise risk assessments
