About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and maintain security architecture processes
  • Design and implement security solutions and capabilities aligned with business, technology and emerging threat landscapes
  • Create security strategy plans and roadmaps based on enterprise architecture practices
  • Develop and maintain security artifacts, including models, templates, standards and procedures
  • Define and maintain security frameworks, roadmaps, standards, templates and procedures
  • Establish OS hardening, network segmentation, IAM policies and data protection encryption standards
  • Lead security incident handling and threat analysis; act as escalation point with SOC and NOC teams
  • Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability management and audits
  • Ensure compliance with NIST, ISO 27001 and COBIT
  • Manage SIEM, firewalls, IDS/IPS, WAF and endpoint protection tools
  • Assess and secure OT and IoT environments with operational teams
  • Deliver cybersecurity reports and communicate risks to technical and business stakeholders
  • Mentor teams, coordinate cross-functional efforts and support security projects

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Security or related field
  • Proven experience in security architecture, risk management and compliance
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, tools and best practices
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to translate technical risks to business stakeholders
  • Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, CISA or equivalent) are highly desirable
  • Fluent in English and German
