About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Welcome visitors, business partners, key stakeholders and team members
- Manage incoming calls and direct enquiries appropriately
- Manage Corporate email inbox enquiries, direct them to the appropriate business area and track follow-up items
- Coordinate mail, couriers, deliveries, printing, scanning and office administration
- Maintain reception, meeting rooms and guest areas
- Assist with office operations, facilities, building maintenance requests and visitor parking
- Support diary management, document preparation, meeting coordination and ad hoc tasks
- Provide first-level assistance with meeting room technology and virtual meetings
- Support travel bookings, corporate events and business functions
- Provide general administrative support across the Corporate Office
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience in a reception, front-of-house or administrative support role
- Professional, well-presented and approachable manner
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to prioritise and manage varied tasks effectively
- Proactive attitude and willingness to assist wherever needed
- Reliability, accountability and a strong sense of ownership
- Confidence working in a fast-paced corporate environment
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Ability to work Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm
