Key responsibilities & impact

Follow up sales and finance enquiries promptly, converting interest into applications
Build trust over the phone, understand customer needs and explain suitable finance options
Guide customers through applications and lender requirements towards pre-approval
Maintain consistent follow-up and accurate customer records
Work with dealership teams and lenders to deliver a seamless customer experience
Provide remote finance support and leave coverage across the dealership network

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in finance, lending or sales
Exceptional phone skills
Experience building rapport, handling objections and converting enquiries into applications
Strong organisation, time management and attention to detail
Strong computer skills and confidence using multiple systems
Ability to work independently from home while staying connected to dealerships, finance team and lenders
Commitment to compliance and responsible lending
