Key responsibilities & impact

Develop a modern web application
Develop new client-side features using React and TypeScript
Build and maintain web automation tests and the automation suite
Design and implement new functionality for products
Use AI-assisted development tools in daily engineering workflows
Apply AI to coding, debugging, testing, code understanding, documentation, research, and problem-solving
Improve engineering productivity and development processes using AI and automation
Collaborate with a cross-functional, multi-skilled team and colleagues across teams
Participate in discussions and brainstorming with Product and UX designers to shape UX/UI according to user needs
Learn and understand the business domain, product, architecture, and development environment
Stay current with frontend technologies, AI-assisted software development practices, and industry best practices

Requirements

What you’ll need

1+ years of proven experience as a Frontend Developer
Proficiency in React
Good knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript
Hands-on experience using modern AI development tools, such as AI coding assistants, LLM-based tools, or agentic development tools
AI-oriented engineering mindset, with ability to identify where AI can improve development speed, quality, testing, investigation, and day-to-day engineering work
Understanding of where human judgment and ownership are required
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to independently investigate unfamiliar technical areas
Strong learning ability
Ability to quickly become familiar with the product, business domain, architecture, and technologies
Proactive mindset and tendency to automate repetitive work
Commitment to continuously improve development processes
Java and other backend knowledge, including microservices and databases (advantage)
Experience with Jenkins, Git, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (advantage)
Experience with automated testing frameworks and building maintainable test automation (advantage)
