About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze the technology currently used across the company and develop processes and practices to improve and expand it
Help engineers build practical demonstrations of proposed solutions and present them to the team
Collaborate with engineering teams to define cloud architectures and software infrastructure for projects
Build and maintain monitoring tools for server environments using Grafana and Prometheus
Implement and integrate AI tools across development, build, testing, and monitoring workflows
Mentor and train engineers across the company
Continuously improve company-wide processes
Work with project management teams to track progress and implementation of initiatives
Document and regularly update processes and procedures related to development, testing, deployment, and maintenance

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 4 years of experience in DevOps roles
Experience with Amazon Web Services (EC2, EKS)
Experience with Kubernetes
Experience with Hashicorp Terraform or a similar tool
Experience building and maintaining monitoring tools using Grafana and Prometheus
Python programming required
Bash programming required
MySQL database experience required
CircleCI experience required
Jenkins experience required
ArgoCD experience required
Experience working with AI tools to streamline development and operations workflows is a significant advantage
Current understanding of best practices in system security
Experience collaborating with teams across departments to drive orderly execution of a project plan
Professional experience in team building and project organization
Nice to have: experience with S3, Redis, and Snowflake
Nice to have: experience with Argo Workflows
Nice to have: prior experience integrating AI tools and LLM-based automation agents into deployment and monitoring workflows
Nice to have: background establishing or leading a DevOps team or function from scratch
