Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate multiple nursing professional development programs and projects from initiation through implementation and evaluation
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities among nursing education teams, operations, technology, analytics, and business stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, work plans, and implementation schedules
  • Monitor project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and risks to ensure timely execution
  • Assist with program launches, change management activities, and operational readiness
  • Ensure project documentation is current, organized, and compliant with organizational standards
  • Track program performance metrics, KPIs, milestones, and project health indicators
  • Monitor project outcomes against established goals and recommend opportunities for improvement
  • Serve as a liaison between project teams, clinical stakeholders, and operational partners
  • Support executive presentations, governance meetings, and leadership reporting
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, workflow, and project execution
  • Ensure projects align with organizational priorities, quality standards, and regulatory requirements where applicable
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance nursing professional development operations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Current Registered PH Nurse (preferred)
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) (preferred)
  • Required Minimum Education: 4 year/Bachelor’s Degree
  • Specialty/Major: Nursing, Project Management, Healthcare or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in project coordination, healthcare operations, nursing education, professional development or program management
