About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Float to all sites in the Richmond market and all inpatient units based on skill set
Follow all Bon Secours policies and procedures
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
Provide advanced treatment and care to patients with complex diagnoses
Evaluate, update and revise plans of care to facilitate planned and expected outcomes
Administer medications safely in accordance with the State of Practice and Bon Secours policies and procedures
Work across Med Surg, Telemetry, Step Down, Critical Care, Behavioral Health, Emergency Department and other available units
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

Graduate of an accredited Associates degree or Bachelors degree in Nursing
Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
Basic Life Support (BLS) – American Heart Association required
Two or more years clinical RN experience required in at least 2 or more specialties
Behavioral Health assignments require floor med/surg experience
1 Summer and 1 Winter holiday required
Every Third Weekend Required
Full Time night shift
