About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead delivery and growth of ALTA/NSPS land title survey services
Support Real Estate Traditional, Agency (Fannie/Freddie & HUD), and Acquisition Services practices
Oversee projects from pricing through delivery
Partner with Procurement to expand the network of qualified ALTA survey vendors
Select approved vendors based on scope, geographic coverage, availability, quality, cost, and target margins
Build vendor relationships, monitor performance and client satisfaction, and address vendor concerns
Educate business developers, account managers, and client-facing teams on ALTA/NSPS surveys and 2026 standards
Support market visibility through industry events and thought leadership
Develop and execute a growth plan with annual revenue targets
Manage incoming survey requests, confirming scope, documents, timing, pricing, and schedules
Manage assignments from authorization through delivery and closeout, including vendor engagement, purchase orders, receipts, document distribution, fieldwork coordination, and schedule tracking
Review survey deliverables for completeness and scope alignment
Coordinate corrections, clarifications, and revisions with vendors, clients, counsel, and internal teams
Prioritize deadlines and communicate project status, missing information, schedule changes, and delivery risks
Manage project margins and overall profitability
Report directly to the Senior Operations Director

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in construction, architecture, engineering, business administration, or a related field preferred
At least five years of combined experience in surveying, construction, property due diligence, ALTA survey project management, or a related field
Exceptional time management and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple, competing, demanding projects, clients, and deadlines
Client-focused approach, sound judgment, discernment, and clear written and verbal communication
Ability to develop vendor relationships, address performance issues, and coordinate work across departments
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to resolve issues while keeping projects moving
Ability to discern priorities in an extremely fast-paced environment
Experience with ALTA/NSPS land title surveys and professional services operations
Experience with Salesforce and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams or Zoom
Knowledge of environmental due diligence, architecture, or engineering preferred
Established home office with demonstrable success
Ability to meet infrequent on-site field requirements of approximately 5%
