About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work on implementation, support, and enhancement projects for Oracle EPM Cloud solutions, with a focus on FCCS
- Gather and analyze requirements in collaboration with business teams
- Configure and parameterize Oracle FCCS solutions according to business needs
- Work on processes related to financial consolidation and accounting close
- Work with consolidation rules, eliminations, currency translations, hierarchies, and other FCCS functionalities
- Participate in alignment, project follow-up, and solution-definition meetings
- Prepare and maintain functional and technical documentation
- Support users during testing, user acceptance testing, and go-live phases
- Analyze and resolve incidents and enhancement requests
- Identify improvement opportunities and propose solutions aligned with business needs and market best practices
- Work collaboratively with technical and functional teams to analyze and resolve issues
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong experience with Oracle EPM Cloud
- Advanced experience with Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS)
- Experience in FCCS implementation, support, and/or enhancement projects
- Knowledge of financial consolidation and accounting close processes
- Experience gathering and analyzing requirements and engaging with business users
- Knowledge of Oracle FCCS configuration and parameterization
- Advanced English (preferred)
- Advanced Spanish (preferred)
- Knowledge of other Oracle EPM Cloud modules, such as Planning, PBCS/EPBCS, Account Reconciliation (ARCS), and Tax Reporting (preferred)
- Experience with financial, accounting, and consolidation processes (preferred)
- Knowledge of integrations with other Oracle solutions and/or enterprise systems (preferred)
- Oracle EPM-related certifications (preferred)
- Experience working on international projects (preferred)
- Analytical profile with a problem-solving mindset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive and autonomous approach to managing activities
- Organized and results-oriented
- Ability to act in a consultative capacity with business teams
- Commitment to the quality of deliverables and customer service
