About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work on judgment enforcement and execution proceedings
Draft objections to judgment enforcement, motions, calculations, and other procedural incidents related to the enforcement phase
Analyze and process payments arising from court judgments
Manage procedural deadlines and a high-volume caseload
Handle Consumer and Civil Law matters and high-volume litigation
Draft pleadings and meet approximately 40 daily deadlines
Draft answers, appeals, and pleadings of high, medium, and low complexity
Attend court hearings
Negotiate settlements
Monitor case progress
Update internal and client systems
Conduct internal audits and audits requested by clients

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Law
Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB)
Experience in high-volume defense-side civil litigation
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Speed, organization, productivity, and attention to detail
