About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Travel to client sites and train end users, including doctors and clinical staff, on eCW software and ancillary functionalities
Provide one-on-one coaching and classroom instruction
Develop workflow processes
Demonstrate the software to client practices
Make suggestions and provide training
Communicate and escalate issues to Project Managers
Prepare reports such as checklists and expense reports
Document all training sessions
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

Candidates with Billing, ER, and pharmacy experience highly preferred
Exceptional customer service orientation and attention to detail
Exceptional oral and written communication skills
Ability to coach and train diverse groups of people
Knowledge of MySQL, Windows Office suite, computer networking, and insurance-based physician billing
Ability to handle stressful situations with a professional demeanor
Basic knowledge of technical terminology
Ability to multitask and excel in a fast-paced environment
Bilingual/multilingual ability is a plus
Must become an eCW Certified Professional upon completion of initial training
Minimum bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems
Master's degree preferred
2–5 years of experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in training and implementation of Project Management or EMR systems
Valid driver's license
Willingness to travel an average of 50%–75% per month anywhere in the 50 U.S. states
Ability to meet operational and logistical requirements associated with the role
Remote regional home base
Must be able to work within the required time zone at hire
