About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own end-to-end consulting engagements for enterprise clients on Corporate Carbon Footprints (CCF), Product Carbon Footprints (PCF), and Net-Zero strategy using the proprietary software platform
Process client sustainability and corporate data to construct accurate CCF/PCF calculations
Validate AI-generated software outputs, including emission factor matching and review
Refine and redesign CCF delivery frameworks and workflows to drive scalability
Serve as a central contact person for customers
Optimize help pages and communication channels
Build scalable knowledge assets for clients
Deliver concise, engaging, and impactful presentations and case studies during executive client meetings
Translate client feedback into functional enhancements for the platform in collaboration with product teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

Native or Fluent German (C2 level) is mandatory
Professional English (C1/C2) is required
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in sustainability consulting or an in-house corporate sustainability role
Strong focus on Corporate Carbon Footprints (CCF), Product Carbon Footprints (PCF), or Life Cycle Assessments (LCA)
Proven track record of personally conducting and executing carbon footprint calculations
Strong builder mindset and willingness to handle operational deliverables while building scalable systems
Exceptional project management capabilities
Crisp, structured, and engaging communication style
Experience with mid-market or enterprise-level corporations is a plus
Background in Climate Tech, Clean-Tech SaaS, retail, or food-industry sustainability projects is a plus
Experience building customer enablement assets or leveraging process automation tools is a plus
