About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead full-cycle advisory projects for enterprise clients focused on Corporate Carbon Footprints, Product Carbon Footprints, and long-term Net-Zero roadmaps
Analyze and structure client data to build accurate CCF/PCF models
Audit AI-driven software outputs, including Emission Factor mapping and quality checks
Evaluate, redesign, and automate core CCF delivery frameworks
Serve as the primary client touchpoint
Elevate support portals and communication channels
Produce scalable knowledge assets for customer teams
Formulate and deliver structured presentations and case studies on complex sustainability concepts during executive meetings
Convert customer feedback into software feature enhancements in collaboration with internal engineering teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

Native or native-level German (C2 level) strictly required for daily client interactions
Professional English (C1/C2) mandatory
At least 2 years of practical experience in sustainability consulting or an internal corporate ESG role
Dedicated concentration on Corporate Carbon Footprints (CCF), Product Carbon Footprints (PCF), or Life Cycle Assessments (LCA)
Demonstrated history of personally building and validating carbon footprint models
Builder mindset, ready to handle tactical deliverables while establishing structured, scalable frameworks
Exceptional project leadership
Clear, structured, and compelling communication style
Prior advisory experience with mid-market or large enterprise organizations (nice-to-have)
Experience in Climate Tech SaaS, Clean-Tech solutions, or sustainability initiatives in the retail and food sectors (nice-to-have)
Proven track record of developing customer support resources or implementing process automation platforms (nice-to-have)
