About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead, mentor, and further develop the ERP Basis & Development team covering support, system administration, authorizations, development, integration, and forms
Ensure stable operation, continuous improvement, and strategic evolution of core enterprise systems, primarily SAP S/4HANA
Plan and execute international ERP projects, system integrations, and global rollouts across group locations worldwide
Oversee project budgets and allocate internal resources effectively
Manage external service providers and partners
Partner with business departments to translate operational needs into efficient, scalable business processes and technical system solutions
Provide regular status reporting and strategic insights directly to the Head of Business Development

Requirements

What you’ll need

Successfully completed university degree (minimum Bachelor's) in Business Information Systems (Wirtschaftsinformatik), Computer Science, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
Very strong and proven practical knowledge of SAP S/4HANA
Several years of solid professional experience within an enterprise ERP environment
Demonstrated experience leading ERP projects, rollouts, and system integrations
Prior leadership exposure, either disciplinary or in a functional project management capacity
Excellent command of both German and English, written and spoken at a professional negotiation level
Strong intercultural communication skills
High willingness to undertake international travel for project rollouts
Knowledge of alternative ERP systems, such as Ramsauer & Stürmer, is a plus
Experience with supply-chain related modules and form development within an enterprise landscape is a plus
