About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems in compliance with GAAP, regulatory requirements, and audit requirements
Maintain internal control safeguards and coordinate finance department audit activities for eProcess International SA and its Ghana and Nigeria affiliates
Coordinate external audits by regulators, external auditors, and ETI for Ghana, Togo, and Nigeria
Ensure accuracy of fixed asset management
Ensure timely resolution of audit and control comments
Assist the CFO with cash flow management and forecasting
Assist the CFO in optimizing banking relationships and enhancing cash positions
Oversee preparation and review of tax provisions for financial statements
Manage responses to tax audits and inquiries
Develop and implement compliant tax-liability minimization strategies
Prepare monthly financial reports for Group Office and the eProcess Executive Committee
Prepare financial performance reports for the eProcess Board
Complete regulatory and statutory reporting in Ghana, Togo, and Nigeria
Develop the financial reporting team through work allocation, training, issue resolution, performance evaluation, and team building
Collaborate as a team player within the eProcess organization

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance-related roles
In-depth knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles
Strong understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and International Accounting Standards (IAS)
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field
Professional international accounting certification (e.g., ACCA) or equivalent qualification
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Results-oriented with a focus on achieving objectives
Strong, principled, and ethical personality
High level of integrity and professionalism
Persistence and determination in overcoming challenges
Leadership and people development skills
Bilingual proficiency in English and French is an advantage
