About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead an impactful frontline Advisor Center team responsible for demonstrating EFE products, services, and reputation through outreach programs
  • Develop personalized client experiences that increase client satisfaction, referrals, repeat business, and assets under management
  • Coach team members to build effective client relationships, provide financial planning advice, create solutions for unique client needs, and guide clients through financial planning principles and digital tools
  • Proactively develop staff capabilities, especially client relationship skills
  • Ensure excellent EFE experiences during client interactions
  • Motivate the team to reach client contact and conversion targets, optimize campaign coverage and effectiveness, and meet campaign objectives
  • Listen to call interactions, perform side-by-sides, and conduct regular coaching sessions
  • Monitor advisor effectiveness and efficiency using data; reward strong performance and address negative trends or skill gaps
  • Handle client escalations, solve issues, and build, retain, or restore client relationships
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, client experience, sales administration, and business processes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business or financial field preferred
  • 7+ years experience in financial services and contact center environment
  • 3+ years experience in direct supervisory experience and investor advisor team leadership
  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience using emotional intelligence
  • Passionate about coaching and people development to achieve key performance measurements
  • Deep expertise in financial planning principles, products, and services
  • Proven ability to analyze performance data for team development
  • Series 65 or Series 7 and 66 licenses
