About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage the cross-functional portfolio of ongoing projects across the Commercial and Customer Care departments, ensuring alignment on scope, timelines, priorities, and deliverables.
  • Map, redesign, and document departmental processes, identifying bottlenecks and opportunities while leading end-to-end continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Define, structure, and monitor metrics and KPIs, establishing monitoring routines, reports, and dashboards to support departmental decision-making.
  • Proactively execute projects and improvements, actively participating in implementation rather than focusing solely on coordination.
  • Lead governance rituals and status meetings with stakeholders, ensuring visibility into project status, risks, and action plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Commercial, Customer Care, Technology, and Product—to align initiatives with the company’s strategy.
  • Document procedures and best practices, supporting standardization and knowledge management across departments.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Production Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong experience in process improvement, including mapping, redesign, and implementation, with knowledge of methodologies such as Lean, BPM, or similar approaches.
  • Experience in project management, including traditional and agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
  • Practical knowledge and experience defining, monitoring, and analyzing metrics and KPIs.
  • Experience with data analysis and proficiency in supporting tools, including advanced Excel and Power BI.
  • Fluency in English is a plus.
