Key responsibilities & impact

Develop, implement, and maintain the overall SAP QA and testing strategy, roadmap, framework, and scheduling
Support manual and automated testing and transition the team to an automated test environment
Lead and mentor QA resources and foster quality, accountability, and continuous learning
Collaborate with business stakeholders, SAP functional teams, and development teams to define quality standards, acceptance criteria, and testing scope
Drive risk-based, performance, and security testing best practices
Oversee the testing lifecycle from test planning and design through execution, defect management, and reporting
Manage offshore QA resources and establish collaboration processes between onshore and offshore teams
Define and track offshore team KPIs and provide feedback, guidance, and professional development support
Act as liaison between internal stakeholders and the offshore team, managing expectations and resolving issues
Develop and maintain SAP test automation using Tricentis Tosca
Identify manual testing automation opportunities and delegate automation tasks
Establish and manage an automation framework supporting CI/CD pipelines
Provide technical guidance on automation challenges involving SAP UI5, Fiori, and backend processes
Manage QA processes for ongoing SAP support and maintenance
Coordinate regression testing for SAP patches, upgrades, and scheduled system changes
Serve as primary contact for SAP quality-related matters
Maintain quality metrics and dashboards
Manage and troubleshoot testing environments
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
Master's degree preferred
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Software Testing, with a strong focus on SAP
Proven experience as a QA Lead or Manager, directing daily work or leading teams and delivering high-quality results
Experience managing offshore or distributed teams
Deep hands-on experience with Tricentis Tosca, including designing and implementing end-to-end automation test cases for SAP ECC or S/4HANA
Solid understanding of SAP modules such as FI/CO, SD, MM, PM, LO, SAP Ariba, Concur, and FSM
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Strategic mindset and ability to translate business requirements into a comprehensive QA strategy
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Tricentis Tosca certification highly desirable
Knowledge of scripting languages such as VBScript or Python is a plus
