About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Cultivate new and long-term customer relationships, identifying key contacts and conducting impactful meetings

  • Navigate complex sales cycles and influence high-level decision makers to close deals
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to customer needs
  • Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to achieve ambitious objectives
  • Stay informed on funding options and market trends to maximize opportunities
  • Maintain accurate sales activity and forecasts in CRM systems
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and contribute to a culture of excellence
  • Manage a defined territory and deliver innovative solutions to K-12 clients

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in K-12 education
  • At least two years of sales experience, including presentations and outreach
  • Skilled in using CRM systems and managing client relationships
  • Strong communication, presentation, and time management skills
  • Ability to articulate technical concepts and translate customer needs into solutions
  • Solid understanding of education and software markets
  • Planning, organization, and multitasking skills
  • Willingness to travel within the territory
  • Willingness to take on evolving responsibilities based on business needs
  • Preferred location is New Jersey
