Deliver live, on-camera synchronous instruction for five or more hours per day every scheduled instructional day
Create an engaging and structured virtual classroom experience

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field
Active state teaching license in Indiana in Science grades 6-12
Experience teaching in virtual and/or in-person settings
Comfort with the unique demands of a live online classroom
Ability to teach live on camera for five or more consecutive hours per day, every instructional day
Hands-on experience with online learning platforms and virtual instruction tools
Experience with standard productivity software
Ability to read student performance data and use it to adjust instruction
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Organization and self-direction to independently manage a full student caseload in a remote environment
Commitment to maintaining certification and staying current on K-12 curriculum, technology, and best practices
Willingness to take on evolving responsibilities based on business needs
