About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Make inbound and outbound calls and send messages to program participants
  • Coordinate wellness program offerings with GemCare Wellness staff and members
  • Add and assign new members for coaching services
  • Respond to queries from assigned GemCare Wellness inboxes
  • Enter and sort data in various Excel workbooks
  • Track and document assigned duties related to program outreach and implementation
  • Troubleshoot member issues
  • Complete other duties assigned by GemCare Wellness management and/or the Director of Operations

Requirements

  • Proficient computer skills
  • Experience with MS Office programs, email, and Internet
  • Ability to lift at minimum 25 pounds
  • Hours may vary within the 8:15 a.m.–5:00 p.m. workweek
  • Required evening hours after 5pm EST
