About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the TA & Ops Lead with LinkedIn direct sourcing for open positions
- Build and grow relationships with universities, business schools, and student networks
- Support hiring managers with school events and internship strategy, including planning and on-site presence
- Schedule interviews and keep candidates informed throughout the process
- Source, screen, and coordinate internship hires across European offices
- Collaborate on onboarding, employer branding, and other People team initiatives
- Build efficy Group’s campus recruiting program for Tribe CRM’s Dutch-market positions
- Work with Teamtailor, LinkedIn Recruiter, Magnet.me, Claude, and Microsoft 365
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently studying HR, Communication, Business, or a related field
- University internship agreement required
- A first internship or student job in recruitment operations support, including sourcing, coordination, or school partnerships, in the local job market
- Proactive relationship-building with schools and networks
- Comfortable representing efficy Group externally and owning goals
- Previous ATS experience
- LinkedIn Recruiter experience is a strong plus
- Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude, or willingness to learn
- Native-level Dutch
- Full professional fluency in English
- Comfortable with a hybrid work setup
- Application must be submitted in English
