About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Work directly with the management team at the intersection of multiple companies and projects, including eFLY, Leadseek, and Simventory.
  • Build lead lists and manage outreach campaigns.
  • Prepare proposals and pitch materials.
  • Maintain CRM data and follow up systematically.
  • Prepare management meetings with agendas, research, and supporting materials.
  • Create analyses and presentations, and track results and outstanding action items.
  • Document and automate recurring processes.
  • Use AI tools to improve efficiency.
  • Set up basic reporting processes.
  • Support events such as eCommerce Night, trade fairs, and DMEXCO.
  • Manage invitations and guest coordination.
  • Support LinkedIn content creation.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently enrolled student.
  • Highly structured, reliable, and dependable in your work.
  • Excellent written and spoken German, as well as good English.
  • Confident using Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint.
  • Strong curiosity about AI tools is a definite plus.
  • Initial experience in a startup, agency, sales, or personal projects is welcome but not required.
