About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work directly with the executive team at the intersection of multiple companies and projects, including eFLY, Leadseek, and Simventory.
Build lead lists, manage outreach campaigns, prepare proposals and pitch materials, keep the CRM up to date, and follow up systematically.
Prepare meetings with agendas, research on participants, and supporting materials.
Create analyses and presentations, and track results and outstanding action items.
Document and automate recurring processes.
Use AI tools to improve efficiency and build simple reports.
Support events such as eCommerce Night, trade fairs, and DMEXCO.
Manage invitations and guest coordination.
Contribute to LinkedIn content.
Take ownership and independently bring tasks to completion, even when processes are not yet fully established.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently enrolled at a university.
Highly structured, reliable, and dependable in your work.
Excellent written and spoken German, as well as good English.
Confident using Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint.
A strong interest in AI tools is a definite plus.
Initial experience in a startup, agency, sales, or personal projects is welcome but not required.
