- Lead and manage global projects, including market research, pitch preparation, analyses, and client deliverables
- Identify, calibrate, and prioritize potential candidates through internal networks, external resources, and market outreach
- Develop and maintain networks to gather industry insights and support candidate solutions
- Mentor and develop experts locally and across regions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience across consulting, industry, or both
- Strong industry specialization and knowledge
- Ability to apply industry knowledge, insights, and sound judgment in internal and external discussions
- Strong solutioning and consulting capabilities
- Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously with client teams across geographies
- Ability to act as a thought partner on strategically important engagements
- Ability to collaborate with Consultants, Experts, and EAs
- Ability to manage project teams throughout the search process
- Ability to lead and manage global projects, including market research, pitch preparation, analyses, and client deliverables
- Ability to identify, calibrate, and prioritize potential candidates using internal networks, external resources, and market outreach
