About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct deep-dive analyses to support go.transform decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Analyze colleague experience, behavioral adoption metrics, and application usage data.
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, automated reporting, and performance monitoring solutions.
- Measure program impact, digital adoption, and colleague sentiment across key initiatives.
- Develop executive-ready insights, reporting, and communications for leadership across Power BI, SharePoint, Workday, and Microsoft 365.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2-5 years of experience in analytics, reporting, business intelligence, or a related field within a global organization.
- Proven experience designing, building, and managing reporting and analytics workstreams.
- Strong analytical, reporting, visualization, and user research capabilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI and Excel.
- Experience working with global teams and stakeholders across multiple functions and organizational levels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced Excel, including Power Query and complex data modelling.
- Power BI, including DAX, data modelling, dashboard design, and report deployment.
- Data wrangling, cleansing, and transformation.
- SQL for data extraction and analysis.
- Power Automate for workflow and reporting automation.
- Python for analytics, automation, and data processing.
- Reporting automation and process optimization.
- Data visualization and storytelling.
- Executive reporting and presentation development.
- Requirements gathering and stakeholder management.
- Digital adoption and behavioral analytics.
- Colleague experience and survey analysis.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
