Conduct deep-dive analyses to support go.transform decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement
Analyze colleague experience, behavioral adoption metrics, and application usage data
Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, automated reporting, and performance monitoring solutions
Measure program impact, digital adoption, and colleague sentiment across key initiatives
Develop executive-ready insights, reporting, and communications for leadership across Power BI, SharePoint, Workday, and Microsoft 365
Turn data into actionable insights that inform transformation decisions, measure adoption and business impact, identify improvement opportunities, and support scaling new tools, processes, and ways of working across the firm

Requirements

What you’ll need

2-5 years of experience in analytics, reporting, business intelligence, or a related field within a global organization
Proven experience designing, building, and managing reporting and analytics workstreams
Strong analytical, reporting, visualization, and user research capabilities
Advanced proficiency in Power BI and Excel
Experience working with global teams and stakeholders across multiple functions and organizational levels
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Advanced Excel, including Power Query and complex data modelling
Power BI, including DAX, data modelling, dashboard design, and report deployment
Data wrangling, cleansing, and transformation
SQL for data extraction and analysis
Power Automate for workflow and reporting automation
Python for analytics, automation, and data processing
Reporting automation and process optimization
Data visualization and storytelling
Executive reporting and presentation development
Requirements gathering and stakeholder management
Digital adoption and behavioral analytics
Colleague experience and survey analysis
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
Ability to translate complex data into actionable, executive-level insights and recommendations
VBA / Macros for legacy Excel automation (desirable)
Experience with SharePoint, Workday, and Microsoft 365 reporting ecosystems (desirable)
Familiarity with APIs and data integrations (desirable)
