About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct deep-dive analyses to support go.transform decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement
- Analyze colleague experience, behavioral adoption metrics, and application usage data
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, automated reporting, and performance monitoring solutions
- Measure program impact, digital adoption, and colleague sentiment across key initiatives
- Develop executive-ready insights, reporting, and communications for leadership across platforms including Power BI, SharePoint, Workday, and Microsoft 365
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2-5 years of experience in analytics, reporting, business intelligence, or a related field within a global organization
- Proven experience designing, building, and managing reporting and analytics workstreams
- Strong analytical, reporting, visualization, and user research capabilities
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI and Excel
- Experience working with global teams and stakeholders across multiple functions and organizational levels
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced Excel, including Power Query and complex data modelling
- Power BI, including DAX, data modelling, dashboard design, and report deployment
- Data wrangling, cleansing, and transformation
- SQL for data extraction and analysis
- Power Automate for workflow and reporting automation
- Python for analytics, automation, and data processing
- Reporting automation and process optimization
- Data visualization and storytelling
- Executive reporting and presentation development
- Requirements gathering and stakeholder management
- Digital adoption and behavioral analytics
- Colleague experience and survey analysis
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable, executive-level insights and recommendations
- VBA / Macros for legacy Excel automation, desirable
- Experience with SharePoint, Workday, and Microsoft 365 reporting ecosystems, desirable
- Familiarity with APIs and data integrations, desirable
