About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Execute leadership consulting projects across industries and functions
Partner with Leadership Advisory Services and other service line teams to pitch and execute client work
Support executive assessments, executive development, culture assessments, top team journeys, and organization transformation mandates
Drive implementation of solutions with consultants and sometimes serve as the client point person
Develop rigorous project approaches and collaborate with global LAS experts
Manage teams of experts or contribute individual expertise to project teams
Participate in client interactions including kick-offs, interviews, 360 references, feedback conversations, and results presentations
Develop and deliver training on Egon Zehnder methodology and intellectual property
Prepare customized client proposals, pitch materials, and presentations
Participate in pitch meetings and drive relevant agenda elements
Monitor leadership trends, market movements, company activity, and industry trends for business development
Identify emerging trends and improve firm solutions
Lead research supporting intellectual property initiatives and research-backed studies
Contribute to knowledge management and best-practice development
Partner with local and global leadership on practice knowledge initiatives
Build external awareness of Egon Zehnder capabilities through professional and industry networks

Requirements

What you’ll need

Deep domain knowledge relevant to leadership consulting
Experience executing diverse leadership consulting projects
Ability to partner with Leadership Advisory Services and other service line teams
Experience with executive assessments, executive development, culture assessments, top team journeys, and organization transformation mandates
Sophisticated interviewing skills and thought leadership
Project management and team leadership skills, as required
Ability to lead by example and mentor and coach junior and senior team members
Ability to work as an individual contributor and assume project leadership roles
Expertise in leadership trends, internal and external research, and professional networks
Ability to develop customized client proposals, pitch materials, and presentations
Ability to conduct market, company, and industry trend analysis
Ability to lead research and create research-backed studies and papers
