About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, program, test, and deploy complex online surveys using Qualtrics and similar platforms
Implement advanced survey logic, including skip patterns, quotas, randomization, piping, multilingual surveys, and creative sections
Manage the end-to-end survey lifecycle, including requirement analysis, scripting, QA testing, soft launch checks, deployment, and closure
Ensure data accuracy, validation, and compliance with internal standards and client governance requirements
Create and follow SOPs, quality checklists, and audit-ready documentation
Troubleshoot issues, conduct root-cause analysis, and resolve defects within TAT
Analyze survey data to identify trends, risks, and actionable insights
Build dashboards and reports using Excel or similar tools
Prepare executive-level reports, leadership decks, and consulting-style insights that translate data into clear business narratives
Collaborate with project managers, researchers, consulting teams, and global clients
Act as a point of contact for client queries, requirement clarifications, and delivery updates
Ensure timely delivery while balancing quality, accuracy, and stakeholder expectations
Work general or evening shifts and adjust shift timings according to business needs

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong understanding of questionnaire structure, skip logic and masking
Experience with Qualtrics is a must, including the ability to design and troubleshoot complex surveys
Exposure to off-the-shelf survey solutions such as Google Forms, Survey Monkey, and Surveyor
Hands-on experience designing online surveys
Advanced Excel, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, and automation
PowerPoint
Power BI, including dashboards, DAX, and executive reporting (good to have)
Tableau (good to have)
SQL (good to have)
Excellent writing and presentation skills
High attention to detail and data quality mindset
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to multi-task
Ability to manage stakeholders independently
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
