About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct market research and gain an understanding of clients’ market environments and industries
Identify potential candidates through business and social networks, online job boards, search engines, and other online channels
Contact suitable candidates by telephone and motivate them to participate in further discussions
Compare candidate qualifications with position requirements
After appropriate training, conduct more in-depth interviews in person or via Microsoft Teams
Work closely with consultants to identify the most qualified candidates within defined timelines
Ensure complete and timely project documentation using Excel

Requirements

What you’ll need

Commercial or business administration training or qualification
Broad general knowledge
Interest in business and economic topics
Affinity for sales
Open-minded and outgoing personality
Excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for making telephone calls
Ambition, perseverance, and a structured approach to work
Very good proficiency in Microsoft Office and Internet use
Experience in a similar role would be an advantage
