About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide overall guidance for the district and serve as the key contact for implementing change
  • Develop the management team to achieve branch growth, productivity, and profitability goals

  • Interview job applicants, select top candidates, and monitor staffing needs
  • Plan, identify, communicate, and delegate responsibilities to operations and service management teams
  • Drive implementation of company programs and initiatives
  • Motivate and support management teams in developing and implementing action plans
  • Review district environments and key business indicators to identify problems, concerns, and improvement opportunities
  • Coach operations and service management teams to achieve operational goals
  • Support and audit operations, sales, and office leadership positions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of experience, education, and training
  • At least five to seven years in a Branch Manager or equivalent-level position
  • Background in management, sales, training, relationship development, and/or excellent customer experience
  • Experience analyzing financial reports in a complex, fast-paced environment
  • Successful background managing in the pest control industry is a plus
  • Available to travel and participate in a rotating on-call schedule for off-hours and weekends
  • Ability to obtain and maintain licenses/certificates as required by federal, state, and local regulations
  • Must pass pre-employment background screen
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
