About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborate directly with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience
Take charge and set the morale and tone of the team
Provide feedback and coach team members when needed
Open and close the store with little to no supervision
Ensure the quality of food and beverages served
Maintain a safe and clean store environment
Work varied hours, including early mornings and weekends
Perform physical activities including sitting, standing, bending, lifting, and moving intermittently during working hours

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma or equivalent
Must be 18 years or older
Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates, including early hours as early as 3am depending on the restaurant, and weekends
Must be able to pass a background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
Must possess or be able to acquire a ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training
Possession of a current, valid, state-issued driver's license is preferred but required at specific locations, with driving qualifications as required by Company policy
