About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and manage the Tax knowledge and content library
- Establish structures for organizing, maintaining, and accessing content across the Tax practice
- Partner with Tax professionals, Practice and Industry teams, and Growth to create clear, client-focused content
- Evaluate Tax content for technical accuracy, relevance, quality, and commercial effectiveness
- Capture and preserve institutional knowledge and make it accessible and reusable
- Establish content standards, governance, naming conventions, metadata, and lifecycle processes
- Identify content and knowledge gaps and prioritize development areas with practice leaders
- Drive adoption and continuous improvement of the Tax knowledge and content ecosystem
- Report to the Chief Growth Officer, Tax
- Collaborate with Tax, Practice, Industry, and Growth teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, Business, or a related field required
- Strong understanding of tax services and the accounting firm environment required
- At least 3 years of experience working within the Tax practice of an accounting firm
- Advanced degree in Taxation, Accounting, Business, or a related field preferred
- 10-12 years of Accounting industry experience preferred
- At least 5 years within a Tax practice in content creation or knowledge management preferred
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Tax and other firm functions
- Ability to manage content responsibly according to confidentiality, reuse, and accessibility standards
