About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Spend 50% of your time on R&D projects within the Innovation team and 50% on client projects within the Data & Transformation Services team
Translate business needs into technical problems and define measurable objectives
Work with senior team members and managers to identify appropriate technical solutions
Conduct AI research
Collaborate with data engineers to collect, clean, and preprocess data
Conduct exploratory analyses using relevant visualizations
Develop and deploy machine learning models
Optimize existing models and design new approaches
Follow coding best practices to industrialize models with Solution experts
Present technical findings to the team and clients
Collaborate with different teams to integrate solutions
Share knowledge internally and provide expert support
Keep up to date with technological advances and industry trends in data science and machine learning

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree or academic background in AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field
In-depth understanding of the statistical and mathematical concepts underlying machine learning and AI algorithms
Good understanding of the technical challenges and priorities faced by client teams
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts and present results and next steps to clients
Ability to analyze a business problem and propose appropriate scenarios after an initial scoping phase
Independence, proactivity, a commitment to excellence, and curiosity
Proficiency in Python and commonly used libraries and frameworks (TensorFlow or PyTorch, scikit-learn, LangChain)
Experience with version control systems, particularly Git
Data manipulation and ETL skills are a plus
Fluency in English is essential
Successful completion of a HackerRank technical test, a case study, and recruitment interviews
